How to Initiate A Refund

In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, and your Return request complies with our Return Policy below:

  • You must Initiate a Refund Request by writing to us at team@bohoblingco.com with your full name, Order No., Tracking No. and detailed explanation of your reasons for Return request.
  • We shall revert back to you at the earliest with the Return approval if your request complies with our Return Policy and shall share any additional details of return process if needed.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred upon Returns.

Returns:

  • We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:
  • Please note that we only accept returns if they comply with our RETURN Policy; we do not process exchanges.
RETURN POLICY:
  • Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return according to our Policy:
  • If we shipped wrong item or wrong size by accident.
  • If item reaches you with any defects.
  • All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all Return Shipping Costs.
  • If you comply with our Retun Policy and are to receive a refund, the cost of all shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • The products should be purchased only from BOHOBLINGCO.COM and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 7  days from the date of delivery confirmation.
  • You must Initiate a Refund Request by writing to us at team@bohoblingco.com with your full name, Order No., Tracking No. and detailed explanation of your reasons for Return request.
  • If your Return Request complies with our Return Policy, we will gladly process your request and give you additional instructions on how to proceed if necessary.
  • All Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • We will not be able to offer a refund for any orders that exceed the 7 day refund period, after delivery confirmation.

Promotional Products or Freebies.

  • Kindly note that ALL Promotional Products Sales are Final.
  • No returns are accepted on promotional products or freebies if the correct product has been delivered.
  • Only in case we shipped a wrong product or wrong size or the product has any defects, will we accept returns.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refund Methods:

If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, within 5 to 7 business days. 

If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.

However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same by writing us team@bohoblingco.com

The amount will be refunded in the Bank account or Credit Card through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any Exchanges/ cash /cheque / Money Order, or DD refund.

Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.

Refund Timelines

  • We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse or after your Return Request has been approved. You will also be informed via email on the refund status. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing time lines provided by the banks.
  • Return will only be made in form of credit to your Bank account. 

Special Note

  • Since the products are displayed online and in Social Media channels on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color.
  • Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.

Delay in receiving the order 

If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by e-mail at team@bohoblingco.com so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest. 

In such an event that products shipped and you received a Confirmation email with shipping information and were given a Tracking No. customer must follow up with Shipping Co. used for their shipment.

 BOHO BLING & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after we have handed it over to the Shipping Services Co. utilized. Delivery time depends on Shipping Co.

⦁ Any claims must be filed with Shipping Co. 

You will not be entitled for any refunds as per our policy.

Damaged, Wrong product

Post receipt of the returned Products in our warehouse, our team will inspect the same.

Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction.

In case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products.

In either scenario your return will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is the sole responsibility of the Customer and of the Customer’s shipping choice.
